Partner with Capital Gurus.
A new revenue stream that fits your workflow.
Your importer clients have probably overpaid IEEPA-tied tariffs. Most don't know. Most brokers don't file CAPE refunds. We do — as your partner, not your competitor. You keep the relationship, the filer code, and a contracted share of every settled claim.

We are not your competition.
We are deliberately not a customs broker. We don't file 7501s. We don't hold your client's filer code. Our entire product exists in the gap between what brokers do and what importers need: IEEPA refund recovery as a specialist service that you refer or integrate into your existing client work.
You keep
- Your importer relationships
- Your ACE filing role
- Your filer code
- Your software stack
We add
- CAPE refund filings
- CBP follow-up & monitoring
- Refund reconciliation
- Optional claim financing
You earn
- Pay-on-settled-claim only
- Visible in broker portal
- Per-partnership contracts
- No exclusivity required
Four steps. Most of them happen without you.
Tokenized invite
Your importer client engages us, names you as their broker, and we send you a tokenized data-request link. No portal account required.
Encrypted ACE share
Drag-and-drop CSV/XLSX or paste your ACE export. Encrypted in transit and at rest. ~30 minutes per first claim.
We file with CBP
Entry reconstruction, CAPE v2.3 schema validation, submission, liquidation monitoring. Your filer code is not used.
Settlement & payout
CBP refunds the importer. We reconcile. Your contracted share is paid alongside the settled claim.
Aligned, transparent, and contracted in writing.
We're paid only on settled claims. You're paid only on settled claims. There's no scenario where we make money and you don't.
- 18% contingency on the recovered refund — the only fee
- Your share contracted per partnership — paid from our 18%, not from the importer
- No retainer, no upfront fees, no minimums
What brokers ask before they partner.
No. The product is IEEPA refund recovery — not a customs brokerage. We have no commercial reason to file 7501s for your clients and no intention to.
Not for your first claim. A tokenized data-request link is enough. If you do enough claims, the partner-broker portal becomes useful but it's never required.
Per partnership agreement. Typically a contracted percentage of our 18% contingency, paid out at refund settlement. The importer's economics are unchanged.
No. CSV/XLSX upload through a browser is the supported path. API access is available for partner brokers who want it.
You aren't the filer of record on the CAPE package — Capital Gurus is. Filing risk sits with us, not you, even though you provided the underlying ACE data.
Start with one claim. See how it runs.
Pick one importer client you think has IEEPA exposure. We'll send you a token link, walk you through the data share, and show you the partnership economics.
