What is an IEEPA refund recovery, and how does it work?
Since 2018, U.S. importers have collectively paid more than $166 billion in IEEPA-tied tariffs. A meaningful share is recoverable under existing CBP rules — not by suing, not by lobbying, just by filing a properly-built CAPE refund package on the entries that qualify, within the window that's still open. Most importers don't know. Most brokers don't file CAPE refunds. We do.
60-second eligibility check
Four simple questions. No EIN, no broker contact, no documents required to check.
Quick onboarding
A 7-stage wizard collects what we need to file. Each stage saves and resumes. ~2 hours total.
Refund hits your account
CBP pays the importer of record. We reconcile, deduct 18%, ACH the net to you.
We do the work. You collect the refund.
Once you've authorized us, you don't see any of this. We do.
We coordinate with your broker
Tokenized data request to your customs broker, under your authorization. Encrypted ACE share, no portal account required for them.
We reconstruct your entries
We rebuild every IEEPA-tied entry line from your ACE data and CBP records and isolate the recoverable duties with confidence scores.
We file the CAPE package
Formal CAPE refund package built to v2.3 schema. We validate against the schema and resolve discrepancies before CBP submission.
We monitor liquidation
Weekly status snapshots. Re-liquidations, partial liquidations, treasury offsets all handled by our reconciliation queue.
We reconcile + ACH you
When CBP issues, we match the disbursement, resolve offsets, and send a tax-ready summary alongside your refund.

What importers ask before they sign up.
No. Your broker keeps their role and their filer code. We coordinate with them under your authorization to pull the ACE data we need.
Typical end-to-end: 90–180 days from authorization to ACH. Some are faster, complex cases longer.
Talk to us first. Many self-filed CAPE packages have schema errors or miss recoverable lines. We routinely refile claims that the original team thought were closed.
There isn't one. We make money only when you do — 18% of what CBP refunds. No upfront, no hourly, no surprise invoices.
Only with the people and systems required to process the refund — your broker, our claim associates, and CBP. Encrypted at rest. Never sold, never shared with marketing partners.
Take the eligibility quiz. See what you're owed.
Sixty seconds, four questions, no account. Worst case you find out you don't qualify. Best case there's a six- or seven-figure refund waiting for you.
